Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time so we can find out your needs and concerns to allow the best allocated personalised treatment for you.

Reservations

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance.

Consultation

Before your treatment, your therapist will go through a consultation form with you and discuss any concerns. Your consultant will then adapt the treatment to suit your personal requirements.

ANY MISUNDERSTNADING SHOULD BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

Through the complimentary consultation, we can also gain a better understanding of the results you would like to achieve with your visit to Modern Day Spa. From using correct products on your skin, to advising the most appropriate wellness therapy, a consultation prior to your appointment will guarantee great results, no matter the services you desire.

Sunday and Public Holiday

Please note a 15% surcharge applies on all treatments on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request 48 hours-notice for all bookings scheduled Monday to Friday, and 24 hours-notice for all bookings scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays to avoid a $50 charge being applied to your cancelled treatment, including gift voucher booking.

Payments

Modern Day Spa accepts payment by Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.

Parking

• Free 3-hour parking is available 

Health Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical or health conditions, allergies or injury.

Group parties

We are more than happy to host groups for birthday celebrations, hen‘s parties, men’s parties, and corporate groups. For groups of four or more we do require a 30% deposit at the time of booking.
